Send form responses to your email
YeetForm emails the form owner on every new response, automatically, with no setup required. It's on by default the moment you publish a form, using the email address on your YeetForm account, and it shows the key answers plus a link back to the full response in your dashboard. It's meant as a lightweight heads-up, not a guaranteed delivery channel - pair it with webhooks or Slack if you need something more robust.
Setup
Nothing to set up
Every new response automatically emails whoever owns the form, using the address on their YeetForm account. There's no toggle to find because it's on by default.
Check what's in the email
The email shows the form title, response count, and up to 12 answers, plus a link straight to the response in your dashboard.
Change who gets notified
Notifications follow the account email of whoever created the form - change it in Settings if you want a different inbox, or transfer form ownership to route it elsewhere.
Need more than one inbox?
For a shared team inbox or a system that needs a guaranteed delivery record, add a Webhooks or Slack integration alongside email - they're not mutually exclusive.
Tips
- →Notifications go to the email on the form owner's YeetForm account - there's no separate address field yet, so use a shared inbox as the account email if a team needs it.
- →Each email shows up to the first 12 answers plus a link back to the response in your dashboard for the rest.
- →Notification emails aren't retried if delivery fails - they're a convenience layer, not a guaranteed audit trail; use webhooks if you need reliable delivery and a response_id to dedupe against.
