YeetForm (“we”, “us”) is an AI-powered form builder operated as a beta service. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. If anything is unclear, email [email protected].

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication session.
• Forms you create: form definitions, settings, and any AI prompts you send.
• Response data: answers submitted to your forms by your respondents (visible only to you and your workspace members).
• File uploads: files attached to responses, stored on our servers.
• Usage data: page views, form view counts, and basic event analytics to help us improve the product.

Third-party services we use

• Anthropic (Claude API): form generation, refinement, translation, and response analysis. Form content and AI prompts are sent to Anthropic to produce results. Anthropic does not train on API content (per their policy).
• Amazon SES (AWS, EU): transactional email (magic links, response notifications, save-progress resume links, feedback).
• Cloudflare Turnstile: bot/spam protection on form submission.
• Stripe: billing infrastructure (only active if you upgrade to a paid plan).
• Hetzner: server hosting in Germany.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly-functional cookies: an authentication session cookie (BetterAuth) and, for password-protected forms, a short-lived per-form unlock cookie. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

How long we keep data

• Account data: while your account is active.
• Forms and responses: until you delete them or close your account.
• Save-progress partial responses: 30 days from creation.
• Backups may persist for up to 30 days after deletion.

Your rights

You can export or delete your forms and response data at any time from the dashboard. For account deletion or data-access requests, email us at the address above and we'll handle it within a reasonable timeframe.

Form respondents

When someone fills out a form built on YeetForm, the form's creator is the data controller for those responses. We process the data on their behalf. If you are a respondent and want your data removed, contact the form creator directly. If they don't respond, you can escalate to us.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email.
