Your account

You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account, including the forms you publish and the data you collect. Keep your login credentials secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You own the forms you create and the responses you collect. We claim no ownership over them. We process them on your behalf to operate the service (storage, AI features, notifications). You grant us the rights necessary to do that, nothing more.

Acceptable use

Don't use YeetForm to:

• Collect data illegally or in violation of applicable privacy law (incl. GDPR, CCPA).
• Phish for credentials or impersonate any person or organization.
• Distribute malware, illegal content, or material that infringes others' rights.
• Scrape, abuse, or attempt to overload our infrastructure.
• Bypass rate limits, anti-spam, or other technical controls.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Subscriptions, billing & refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in EUR. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the recurring fee until you cancel.

You can cancel any time from the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds for unused time after cancellation.

14-day refund. If you're not happy with a paid plan, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it, no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. Yearly plans are refundable on the same 14-day basis from the date of each annual renewal.

Applicable VAT and other taxes are added at checkout where required.

AI features

AI-generated content (form drafts, refinements, response summaries) is produced by third-party models. It can be wrong, biased, or inappropriate. Review it before publishing. You're responsible for the final form you ship.

Beta service · no warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uptime, error-free operation, or that any specific feature will continue to exist. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost revenue, or lost profits, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Service changes

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time during the beta. If we make a materially adverse change, we'll do our best to give reasonable notice.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the service or other users. On termination, you can export your data for a reasonable period before it's deleted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Finland, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
